Welcome to WAI PROPERTY. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for property listings on our platform.

1. Listing Subscription

Premium Property Listings are available for ₹100 per month. Payment must be completed before a paid listing is activated.

2. Cancellation Policy

Property owners, builders, and agents may request cancellation of their listing at any time by contacting our support team.

3. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid listing has been activated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Listing Expiry

Paid property listings automatically expire after 30 days unless renewed. Expired listings may no longer appear publicly until the subscription is renewed.

5. Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or remains pending, the paid listing will not be activated until successful payment is received.

6. Changes to Pricing

WAI PROPERTY reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any revised pricing will apply only to future subscriptions or renewals.
